He is leading the team of Global E-Auctions and E-Procurement as Director since 2008.
I. S. Baweja is a well-known E-Auction expert and authority by virtue of his long experience and innovation done in the implementation of E-Auctions in different companies.
He is Mechanical Engineer with vast experience of Steel industry and E-Auctioning in SAIL.
He worked as General Manager in charge of Marketing & Rolling Mills of Bokaro Steel Plant, largest steel plant in Asia.
He was responsible for introducing and implementation of E-Auctions in SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant for selling and disposal including different categories of idle assets since early years of 2000.

He was part of one of the largest E-Auctioning company of the world for conducting all type of E-Auctions successfully for Sale and Purchase of Goods and Services for major clients of India.
In Global E-Auctions, he has conceived and implemented new concepts of E-Auctioning including the Rank Auctions.
He has evolved innovative ways of planning and designing of different categories of E-Auctions efficiently and effectively for success including the intricacies of fixing the start bid prices, selection of right type of E-Auctions.
He has successfully introduced user friendly international shipping E-Auctions from one country to other on Door to Door basis.

V. K. Mathur is a hard-core Supply Chain Management expert who accomplished all the functions of Materials Management successfully in various units / plants of SAIL.
He officiated as Executive Director (MM) at SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant, a 4.5 MT Integrated Steel Plant, with a total responsibility of purchasing Raw Materials, Consumables, Stores and Spares, Inventory, Job contracts and services, besides Marketing of secondary products, Idle assets and other Non-primary products through conventional and E-Auction mode.
He is an authority on E-Auctions and E-SCM by virtue of his long experience and functional expertise.
He headed the Materials and Marketing functions with distinction at RDCIS, one unit of SAIL.

He headed the Material Management Department of SAIL / Chandrapur Ferroalloy Plant, Chandrapur
V. K. Mathur is an M.Sc. (Statistics & OR), Gold medalist from Patna University, PGDBM from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.) and Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from Institute of Supply Management Inc., USA.

He has the copyrights on two stage tendering process for Scrap Sale and Steel Scrap reconciliation system.
S.K. Rakshit, A graduate had a long experience in one of the brands and premier automobile company, Maruti and worked in various functions and disciplines including innovation in Scrap Management. He also worked with Indian Air Force.
He was responsible for creating Scrap Management and related functions in Maruti which acclaimed value addition to Maruti.
He worked more than a decade in a large E-Auctioning company of India bringing innovation, new ways of E-Auctioning and contributing immensely for streamlining procedures for bidders and clients.

He created unique E-Auctions contributing to E-Auctioning of scrap of different categories for various companies.
He has tracked dynamics of Steel Scrap markets, designed E-Tender, E-Auction Management system, integrating Financial Management System and PMS-Production Management System.
He has the copyrights on two stage tendering process for Scrap Sale and Steel Scrap reconciliation system.
